Ever left something large downloading overnight, expecting it to be ready when
you wake up, only to find it stopped at 5%? yea me too bro.

Thats why i made this, I only made this for my situation so it MIGHT not entirely work for you as ive never tested beyond my own PC, itll probably work for you though, I do recommend a test by :
- Starting a large download, say 10Gb
- Cut your internet connection however you want at maybe 2-5% progress, turn your internet back on after a few seconds and watch your downloads tab to see if it resumes (It should resume on its own)

• Resumes interrupted downloads automatically, backing off so a flaky server
  doesn't get hammered.
• Detects when you're actually offline and just waits, instead of spamming
  retries. The moment your connection is back, it picks up again.
• Restarts a download from scratch when the server won't allow resuming, and
  skips very large files so you never accidentally re-download 20 GB.
• Respects downloads you cancelled or paused yourself.
• Tells you if it eventually gives up, so nothing fails silently.
