Entract keeps your current task visible in your browser and blocks distracting sites while you focus.

Ever open your browser to work on one task, and 40 minutes later you're deep in YouTube or Reddit with no memory of how you got there?
Entract keeps your task visible everywhere you go, and when you try to visit a blocked site mid-focus, it reminds you of what you're supposed to be doing.

How it works

Add a task, click start and pick a focus length (or go open-ended)
A small floating widget follows you across every page: your task list shows when you're not focused, a live countdown when you are
Try to open a blocked site during a session and you'll see your task and time remaining, not just a wall
Need a second? Grant yourself 2 minutes, your task stays on screen the whole time, so you don't lose track

Stay organized without extra tools

Check things off from the widget or the full dashboard
Auto-clean completed tasks on your own schedule (instantly, after a day, a week, or never)
Block by domain or exact URL, plus one-click blocking from the right-click menu
Preset categories for common time-sinks so you're not building a blocklist from scratch
See today's total focus time at a glance

Built to stay out of your way

No account, everything lives in your browser
Draggable widget that can also minimize to the screen edge when you don't need it
