Although the web traffic will be encrypted, if the plug-in/add-on is running, Hoxx privacy policy clearly states that they retain all information about the identity of the user and details of all browsing activity for marketing and internal purposes. Therefore, the who purpose of identity is completely lost and would not recommend to users, who are conscious about their online identity.
