Fewer false alarms
Shield now weighs a site's real reputation before warning you, so
well-known legitimate sites are no longer flagged as scams.

Catches more real scams
• Fake Microsoft sign-in pages hosted on SharePoint are now caught.
These were previously treated as trusted.
• Google Safe Browsing warnings now override our own trusted-brand
list, so a hijacked page on a big-name domain can't slip through.

"I trust this site" now sticks
Marking a site as safe — or telling us a warning was wrong — is
remembered properly and stays put. It could previously be forgotten
moments later.

Clearer warnings, and a faster way out
Warning screens are redesigned in plain language, with a one-click way
to leave a dangerous page immediately, or press Esc.

Setup that matches your browser
The welcome guide now shows the correct steps for pinning Shield in
Firefox, instead of Chrome's.
