Fixed permanent deletion from Recently Deleted / Trash.

-Added retry with exponential backoff for temporary HTTP 429 and 5xx errors, including 504 Gateway Timeout.
-Improved “Empty Trash” so items are permanently deleted in smaller batches instead of loading the entire trash list first.
-Reduced permanent-delete concurrency to improve reliability and avoid excessive requests.
