v1.2.0 - Tripo3D Support and Provider Architecture

This release adds Tripo3D support through a new provider-based downloader architecture. Existing Meshy support remains unchanged.

• Added Tripo3D model detection for tripo3d.ai and studio.tripo3d.ai.
• Detects .glb model requests from tripo-data.rg1.data.tripo3d.com.
• Ignores preview and static assets such as .webp, .jpg, .png, .js, .css, and .wasm.
• Tracks the newest valid tripo_pbr_model_*_meshopt.glb request as the active downloadable model.
• Downloads Tripo3D models as cleaned .glb files instead of raw compressed files.
• Processes Tripo3D downloads only after the user clicks the download button.
• Decodes EXT_meshopt_compression using meshoptimizer.
• Dequantizes KHR_mesh_quantization using gltf-transform.
• Validates cleaned GLB output before saving.
• Added provider-specific state handling for website detection, download behavior, and deobfuscation logic.
• Added shared overlay infrastructure for future providers.
• Modularized overlay UI with a shared OverlayShell component.
• Added Tripo3D content entrypoints and host permissions.
• Added extension-page CSP support for WebAssembly.
• Updated popup and overlay UI to support multiple providers.
• Added Tripo3D processing, success, and error states.
• Confirmed Meshy detection and download behavior remains unchanged.
