Firefox on Android lets you choose between the Firefox home screen and your last tab, but not a web page of your own. This add-on opens a URL you pick whenever the browser starts, and puts a Home button in the toolbar to go there any time.

No page access. It cannot read or change any website. Your chosen address is stored on your device and is never synced or transmitted.
