Move Reminder is a calm, privacy-first extension that chimes at intervals you choose, nudging you to stand up and move. Set your active hours, snooze whenever you need to, and pick from 9 gentle synthesized sounds — entirely local, with no accounts and no data collection.

- Start/Pause with a breathing orb — drag the ring to nudge the next chime
- Snooze for 1h / 2h / 4h, or type a custom duration
- Interval presets (15m/30m/45m/1h) or type any custom hours + minutes
- Active hours with a drag-to-set daily window; the timer sleeps outside it
- 9 synthesized chime sounds — no audio files, nothing downloaded
- Light / dark / auto theme, 12h / 24h time display
- Fully local: no accounts, no network requests, no analytics
