It would be great if you'd contact our customers support team, for them to check what could be causing the issue that you're currently experiencing and provide you with assistance on its resolve afterward. You may reach our team out at support.nordvpn.com.- Add on is great, no slow downs. This extension is good for simple (private, ad free)browsing. When I'm doing peer 2 peer or need to protect my network, I use the real app. Note: the real app not the extension, leaks IP on Windows XP, even after months of customer support. Works amazing on Windows 10 though.
