every time a new release of foxfire is installed there are problems with identity safe.
I try I.E and it works fine.
Very frustrating and makes it practically unusable.
Also cannot paste data into Identity safe to ease the set up of new addresses.

Ein Armutszeugnis, das ihr es nicht schafft die Tool bar und den Identity Safe so zu programmieren das es Läuft. Tool bar nicht vorhanden und Identity Safe klappt auch nicht richtig. Immer und immer wieder schämt ihr euch nicht? Nach über 5 Jahre als Norton Kunde spiele ich mit dem Gedanken ein anderen Anbieter zu nehmen. Ihr bekommt es ja nicht auf die Kette und ich bezahle ne menge Geld für eine Software die nicht (fast nie) funktioniert. Eigentlich war ich immer sehr zufrieden nur das mit der Tool bar und dem Identity Safe, das ist ja leider schon Normalzustand. Da merkt man das die normalen User euch nicht interessieren. Kohle abgegriffen und das war's dann kann man sehen, wie man klar kommt. Arm mehr nicht. Sogar Jugendliche schaffen es eine App oder Tool bar zu programmieren nur ein Unternehmen wie NORTON bekommt es nicht auf die Reihe. Vielleicht wollt ihr auch überhaupt nicht ist ja Dauerzustand.

Das AddOn läuft nicht mit Firefox.

This will not let me edit my passwords. I have to go into Chrome in order to open the vault to change the password.

Norton Identity Safe do not work with Version 57 in a simple way as with Chrome. Do not identify multiple Logins for one website. One click login is not possible - > so firefox is useless in this matter. I have to go with Chrome as long as this is not fixed :-(
I hope Mozilla and Symantec can fix this asap. Perhaps i have to switch from Symantec to another password keeper which works with Firefox.

It won't install on Firefox. It keeps on asking me to install Firefox first. I AM ON FIREFOX. But not for long

I can't set up the identity safe. I choose a password, re-enter it and put in the reminder. It then tells me there is an error. I have done this ad nauseam.

With the latest Firefox update, Norton Identity safe works to log onto a site with a password in the safe, but it is impossible to access the vault to select a site as there is no long an icon for the ID safe on the address bar. Besides, Firefox has been crashing with varying frequency for months now and, although I have dutifully sent in crash reports to the FF Team, nothing has changed, no one has contacted me, and frustration level is rising.

Doesn't work. Until it does. I'll be using Chrome.

norton identity safe is not working

I have not been able to use Norton ID Safe for FFox for years now. Everytime I try a newer version there is a problem. This time the cloud option will not let me log in. It just sits and spins forever with no response.

I had to disable the add-on because it caused a huge CPU usage spike and made the browser unusable

I've only been using this addon for a few months and spent a lot of time to repair this after Updates of Firefox. One of the worst add-ons I have ever encountered. This is a shame for Norton.
I can see no problem with Firefox, other addons keep up with the updates well.
Just bad. If possible I would remove stars. One star is one too much.

Every time I update Firefox my Norton Identity Safe Vault login access is messed up when I attempt to open a protected site. What's going on?

What gives? Since the latest update, I just get the rotating circle..trying to connect to server. I can log into my account through 360, so it is the addon.

I can not get the add on to launch, just clocks. I like my Norton's Identity Safe when it works but

I'm really upset by you guys. I'd been able to use my Identity Safe from Norton for a long time now. I did an update and now I can't even click on the link to look at the log-in information I have. I really like Firefox and have actually come to like it more than Explorer but this is making me highly upset. I've even had Norton to look at it and they said the problem lies with you all. I did a Firefox update not long ago and I believe that's the issue. I tried going back to an older version but I still can't use it. Trying to contact you all is hard to do as well.
