Just one thing: I hope there's an option to disable the release notes page from popping up out of nowhere everytime this add-on updates, it's one of my pet peeves.
I saw no way of contacting the developer for this, so I hope he could excuse me for writing it here, and I do hope he could take note.開発者の返信
投稿日時: 6年前I understand about the release notes popup. Unfortunately as an extension author, it's one of the only ways I have to actually communicate to users. Most don't follow the Page on Facebook. So when I make significant changes, I may pop up an update page. But this definitely doesn't happen for minor releases. I hope you and others understand. I spend MANY hours of my life on this for free, and IMO it's not too much of an intrusion to be able to keep people informed every so often. - Can't install the extension. I get a popup that says "The add-on could not be downloaded because of a connection failure". I've tried installing older versions and non of them work. I can install other extensions like Social Fixer just fine.
Edit: Might have been an addon I have. I restarted in safe mode with addons disabled and it installed just fine.開発者の返信

- This is hands-on the best and most important browser plugin that came out ever, period. I can't believe how millions of users with their +24" full HD screens can put up with the new design, constantly turning their eyes, heads, and driving their cursor through millions of pixels of empty screen real estate.

- I have tried to get this add-on several times & it is not working for me at all. I go to 'Old Layout for Facebook' and install it - then I go to Facebook & refresh it (F5) & nothing changes. I even have reloaded FB & rebooted my PC (I turn it off every night anyway) & still I get the new layout. Am I doing something wrong? I am on Windows 10 and Mozilla Firefox.

投稿日時: 6年前1. Yes, it works in private/incognito in both browsers, but you need to manually enable that in your extension settings.
2. No, it only affects Facebook.com tabs
