"Reverse Playlist on YouTube" lets you play YouTube playlists in reverse order.

↓ Normal order: Plays downward as usual
↑ Reverse order: Moves to the video above when the current video ends

It adds a playback-direction button next to the Loop and Shuffle buttons in the playlist panel. This extension collects no data, makes no network requests of its own, and requires no permissions other than on YouTube.
