    i already make it but The Chrome Web Store charges a $5.00 fee to register as a Chrome Web Store developer, so I didn't upload it.

    Rotating when watching a video works great, but the "rotate 90°" button on the videos tab (for thumbnails) does not appear, at least not on the new YouTube layout.

    fixed. try to update to version 4.3.2
    Try refreshing the page if the button doesn't appear

    this does its job, but have to open more link to actually rotate. This addon rotate the whole video, not sometime
