Has its quirks but it might be the best add-on since sliced bread!

This app saves you from imposing of meaningless comments. I think, when I follow journalists or another creators I do not follow random people who write comments which I can't hide. Thanks you, Ricky Romero, for this app.

Simply using the toggle button doesn't work anymore. I don't know what happened, but I have to close my browser for it to change.

Been telling myself for months I should try avoiding youtube comments, as they're often depressing and infuriating, yet I always just wander into them.

This does exactly what it says it does, and is handy if you're trying to decrease your intake of the landfill of idiocy modern interwebs has become. Re-enabling them is just a click in the top bar away, but it is much nicer not having them there by default...

Some sites like Quora or Youtube have nested comments, so when you hide them all of them disappear. However, when you expand them again, it doesn't seem to expand the part if the person has written a lot of information. On Quora, it's labeled as (more) and on Youtube it's called "read more". You have to manually click on the "read more" or "more" in order to expand the whole comment.

Amazing addon, but I notice it's not working in Google Drive. even when I disable the addon there, I can't see the comments highlighted in the text.

(UPDATE: it wasn't working using the shortcut, but then I put it in the bar and pressed to enable comments in drive)

Does perfectly its task, thanks so much. Suggestion: inverse the icons' use, it might be more logical that the icon with the minus is used for the off state of the addon

Basic requirement in any new browser install. My dream feature: A middle setting with image detection that only removes comments from people with troll avatars (political leaders, etc).

Perfect! Comment sections are the pinnacle of idiocy in my opinion and I'm better without seeing them.
