I'm using it with Geasturefy. They way I did it was by setting custom userContent.css to hide SimpleTranslate popups by default, and then use custom javascript in Geasturefy to inject inline visibility:visible on a gesture.

The extension works very well, but in pdfs opened with firefox don't. If you fix this, will help A LOT
