Fixed the popup failing to open when DOM storage is disabled.

The popup now falls back to the default theme and a collapsed Equalizer panel when Firefox does not provide localStorage.
Theme and Equalizer controls remain usable for the current popup session; only their UI preferences are not retained when DOM storage is disabled.
Remembered site settings continue to work with dom.storage.enabled=false.

Fixed the popup being cut off when the Equalizer is expanded on scaled displays or in smaller Firefox windows.

The popup now fits the available window and screen space, with scrolling when needed.
All controls, profile menus, and profile forms remain accessible in short popups.
Mouse-wheel gestures over the audio controls scroll the panel when it does not fit. Wheel adjustment remains available when the controls fit without scrolling.
