Some bug fixes only (no new features)
* The toolbar button and Alt+Shift+W sometimes did nothing on the first press, or after the add-on had been idle for a while.
* "Turn off for this site" and Alt+Shift+S stopped working on tabs that were already open, until the page was reloaded.
* Closing a tab could make the add-on forget which site every other open tab was on.
* Right-clicking the toolbar button could show the menu entry without the site name, or not show it at all.
* A term looked up while Wikipedia was briefly unreachable is no longer remembered as "no article found" (only a real 404 is).
* A star could stay filled after that article had been removed from the favorites in another tab, and clicking it then added the article back instead of removing it.
