I have been using TBX to store my parts list, which has been nice. But my shop still buys parts when we already have them, so this add on should help stop that. Basically, you have to upload the CSV of all of your parts from TBX. Then the add-on checks that list to what it is seeing on the screen on spruce. If the parts are found, then it prompts you with a notification, telling you what PN, Qty, and where it is.
