It worked perfectly fine until the last updates. It keeps remembering a weird folder and that seems to be the default and there is no way to change it.
I constantly have to roll back to an older version for this to work.
Whoever thought about this new downgrade needs to be fired and stay away from making any changes on any application

Worst update ever... After using the add-on for many years, they finally found a way to ruin it

Used to work great, but recently since the update it fails every time It keeps asking me now to download another extension, a "COapp". No thanks. fix this one please. All these recent 4 and 5 star generic reviews are paid for.

Updated 2 days ago. Wholly unusable on this desktop. Anything to be downloaded loads and is marked perpetually as "queued". Been using for years. Until now.

2024 May: The new update has ruined the entire add-on. The download window is dark and tiny and I cannot see anything. It also no longer shows what resolution each download option is so you just have to guess based on relative file size. Change it back now.

The new update does not allow you to choose a location to download. This is the worst possible change you can do for this program.

Dont download, Useless now that they want you to pay $28 to use.

Forced water mark that blocked part of the downloaded video, and it requires a paid license to removed.

Downloaded video but it wouldn't play. Plus, it would have had a watermark. A result of not buying the license. It's sad. Another nice product gone to waste.
