YourXChamber hides identifiable posts, replies and quotes from accounts you choose on X (Twitter) in your own browser view. Add the account’s exact @username or profile URL to the list in the extension popup. This lets you remove identifiable content from those accounts from your view without actually blocking them on X.

With optional background checks, you can also subtract verified direct replies from accounts you hide from a post’s displayed total reply count. On posts with 1–10 replies, verified direct replies from your selected accounts may be subtracted from the total. This feature is off by default and requires your separate confirmation before it is enabled. When enabled, it sends limited, read-only post-detail requests to X using your existing X session. Local filtering continues to work if you decline Firefox’s additional data permissions.

X may not reveal every account or parent-reply relationship. As a result, some content may remain visible or appear briefly before filtering. YourXChamber only changes your own browser view. It does not use X’s Block feature or send a block action to X; it applies a local hide filter. It does not prevent your selected accounts from interacting with you on X.

YourXChamber is independent of X and is not affiliated with or endorsed by X (Twitter).
