- this is one of the best down loader i found. i tried many but there was always a hitch. kudos to the developer.
only one thing i want to mention is let there be more option for the file size to download. like i see there is only normal and low. or am i missing something?開発者の返信

It ended up being the DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials add-on blocking the download. I have to disable DuckDuckGo Privacy essentials for YouTube to use this. Also have Privacy Badger Add-On and that one does NOT have to be disabled to use YouTube Downloader.
