Thank you.- Man bekommt "testweise" erst einmal die Premium Variante "untergejubelt" und wird dann genötigt, diese dann kostenpflichtig weiter zu benutzen. Es gibt keinerlei Möglichkeit seinen Account selbsständig zu löschen. Wendet man sich an den Support, wird man mit eMails von "ZenMate-Bots" abgespeist ... allein die Geschäftspraktik ist für mich indiskutabel! Mal sehen, wie lange es dauert, bis mein Account gelöscht wird ...

投稿日時: 9年前Wir bedauern, dass Sie mit unserem Service nicht zufrieden sind. Allerdings haben Sie natürlich die Möglichkeit, nach dem Testzeitraum die kostenlose Version weiter zu benutzen. Natürlich freuen wir uns, wenn Sie Premium-Kunde sind. Denn nur mit der Premium-Variante können wir unseren Service anbieten, ohne auf die Aufzeichnung und Weitergabe von Daten angewiesen zu sein.

Now it's down to only Hong Kong, which sucks. You kept our account creation timestamp, let old users keep their old features.

::UPDATE::
Upgrading your Firefox browser to Firefox Quantum automatically removes old add-ons that are incompatible with the new version of Firefox. This is not an issue that is caused by ZenMate, but by upgrading your browser. For more details on add-on compatibility with Firefox Quantum, please refer to https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/2017/09/28/webextensions-in-firefox-57/

Would you be able to share some details with us via support.zenmate.com so we can identify the problem? The new update to ZenMate for Firefox should be working seamlessly and consume lesser memory than before, so we would really like to identify any flaws you've experienced and fix them.
