So you can no longer block comments.

This add on is a god save for using Youtube, would recommended 9/10

As of today, Feb 29, 2024, blocktube no longer works on Firefox. Clicking on block channel or block video does nothing on Youtube.

Doesn't work

As of 27 Feb the 0.4.1 update that fixes Block Channel / Block Video options is still awaiting review by Firefox but was accepted 3 days ago by Chrome if you want to try using that for the time being.

EDIT: 9 March stopped working again. Odds are a lot less people would notice anything if it wasn't for the approval delay as the developer seems to submit updates pretty quickly.

As long as it works, it's an amazing add-on

It doesn't work with the YouTube Related videos side menu, probably due to a DOM blocker blocking the external side menu.

Раньше работал исправно, но с недавнего времени перестала работать блокировка каналов и видео через контекстное меню. Всё еще можно заполнять черные списки вручную, но это же жутко неудобно.

Almost worthless now, it has remembered which channels I've blocked previously but now I cannot block videos or channels at all.

The impression is that the extension stopped working normally after the update. I hope the author will make it possible to add channels to the blacklist by name, not ID. It's better than nothing.

BLOCK VIDEO & BLOCK CHANNEL functions no longer work (and haven't been working for a month now). This extension used to be PERFECT, but it's not working at all now. Why?
