It's already installable again on Nightly, although unfortunately this issue (https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/issues/9691) in Firefox needs fixing as well, so Beta and Release Firefox users might have to wait a little longer.

I found something in reddit that works folks:

For any browser with ublock origin, even fenix,

Add above link to userResourcesLocation in uBlock origin's advance settings , then add

youtube.com##+js(disable-pageview-api)

filter to "My filters".
