Staring at a screen all day tires your eyes. The 20-20-20 rule is a simple habit that helps: every 20 minutes, look at something about 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
20-20-20 Lookaway keeps time for you, quietly, from the Firefox toolbar.
How it works
Click the stopwatch to start. The icon becomes a countdown of the minutes until your next break, switching to seconds in the final minute.
When time's up, a gentle beep tells you to look away. The icon turns blue for the break.
After 20 seconds a second beep tells you to look back, and the cycle starts again.
Controls
Click: start, or pause and resume (the icon turns amber while paused)
Double-click: stop
