Fixes scanning on Firefox.

In 0.1.0 every scan on Firefox ended with "The scan returned nothing". Firefox does not put an injected script's globals on window the way Chrome does, so the extension could not find the accessibility engine it had just loaded. It now resolves the engine correctly.

When an injection does fail, the extension also reports the actual error rather than a generic message.
