Only work in English language. If you try to set a different language it is tuck on a running circle and it's impossible to go back to settings. Unuseful.

never has worked for me. This time I click the Amazon Assistant button, and it is just showing the loading circle thing continously. The last time I tried it(about 1 year ago or so) I think it brought me to a login page and I tried to logon but it always said there was some sort of error. Im disabling it, and never trying this again...

I don't speak German while I live in Germany and there is no possibility to keep being connected to amazon.de but with English interface.
Its 21 century! People are migrating all over the world every few years and IT technologies supposed to help us, but no: we see you are in Germany - we won't suggest you English interface that we also have.

I tried for 4 days to allow this add-on to do it's thing and actually perform the tasks it claims to take care of for you. IT NEVER DID ANYTHING BUT WASTE MY TIME and slow down progress for me. I dislike this add-on.

Big time waster...really just a continuous pop-up ad.

I can't sign into the addon and everytime I try to sign in through the settings it redirects me to a logon, which once I enter my password does nothing.

Worked at first but now it's not...old version was great...and as usual there is no way to easily report this to amazon.

Why does amazon "upgrade" things that don't need it and not upgrade things they should i.e. amazon music app?

Extremely annoying. I much prefer the Amazon Smile add on. It takes me to my account without ads or recommendations which I don't want.

Installata su FireFox Quantum 57.0.2 (64 bit) con Win7 Ultimate 64bit. L'estensione si avvia la prima volta in inglese e su Amazon.com. Se dalle impostazioni vario il sito in Amazon .it la finestra dell'applicazione rimane in aggiornamento senza completarlo mai.
Dopo un po' di tempo appare un messaggio di errore

Cliccando su Chiudere e ripristino la situazione non varia.

Installata e disinstallata più volte senza successo.

L'installazione su Chrome invece non presenta questo problema.

Does not work with Firefox on Windows 10. A tall, narrow window opens with the half concealed message "Hi I'm Amazon Assi". It does not respond and no button is visible to click on. Worthless.

Includes a lot of unnecessary rubbish, when all I want is the ability to add items to my wishlist. I also suspect this is being used to monitor my internet usage.

Simply never works. I've tried installing this several times over the past 6 months. I've tried with and without the add-ons.

I'm more than a little angry at this unnecessary bs. I don't want or need any of this extra "functionality," aka "invasion of privacy/slow/non-working product". The fact that Firefox no longer supports the wishlist button is nearly rage inducing. I just want to add items to my wishlist, not have Amazon collect more data on me. Give me back my wishlist button.

Doesn't work. Just waits forever trying to load. One time I managed to time out and get an email link to assistantfeedback@amazon.com and was able to send them a message telling them it doesn't work. Of course, the problem might be in the address. It's .com I'm in the UK.
