Add more startup events to try to fix problem of numbering not starting automatically with Firefox; fix broken styles in the window list dialog.

Added a delayed renumbering workaround to cover windows created by detaching a tab from an existing window.

New toolbar button with easy access to renumbering windows (if the number isn't assigned automatically or updated after closing windows). Optional windows list for uses who do not have or do not use a Windows menu (numbered or numberless). Manifest v3.

Added a "Renumber" command to the Tools menu in case it's needed

Simplified code for hopefully improved stability.
