When creating a new container tab, it is assigned to the window with the most container tabs of the same type. If there is no container tab of the same type, a new window will open.
Windows with coexisting container tabs of different types are excluded from the assignment of new container tabs.
There is no session management. Use "Tab Session Manager" or similar.
