I had no problem for years with this product. But not they want to charge for it. I can't access my account. I get error messages or messages that state I don't have an account. Can't contact a real person unless you pay first.

Made my life easier and certainly more secure. No more lost passwords, I can access everything from my PC or phone or tablet. Took a little bit to understand the quirks of some sites but now that I do it's really fantastic. Highly recommend!
