DeepWork is a productivity extension for focus
sessions, reminders, website blocking, and
activity insights.

Data we store:
DeepWork may store focus sessions, notes,
reminders, schedules, blocklists, allowed
domains, website activity summaries, notification
settings, account status, and subscription access
status.

Where data is stored:
Most extension data is stored locally in your
browser. If you sign in, DeepWork may contact the
DeepWork web app to verify account, trial, or
subscription access and to support connected
features such as calendar sync.

Website activity:
DeepWork may process website URLs or domains to
support blocking rules and productivity/activity
insights. This data is used to provide the
extension’s core functionality.

Calendar data:
If you connect Google Calendar, DeepWork may
access calendar event data needed to show
reminders and calendar-backed focus items.
Calendar access is optional.

Payments:
Payments and subscriptions are handled by Stripe.
DeepWork does not store full payment card
details.

Data sharing:
DeepWork does not sell personal data. Data is
shared only with service providers needed to
operate the product, such as authentication,
billing, hosting, analytics, or calendar
integration providers.
