Discrub is a Discord data management tool. It runs as a browser extension on Discord. It exports messages, searches and filters conversations, purges messages and reactions, and works with offline data packages.

Features
- Export to HTML, CSV, JSON, plain text, or media-only, with 10 built-in presets and custom preset creation
- Discord data package import: drop the official Discord ZIP and browse it like a live account, with optional rehydration. Handles multi-gigabyte packages and packages from any Discord locale
- Bulk export and bulk purge with filter support across multiple channels
- Search by content, author, date, mentions, message type, embeds, files, images, links, audio, video, stickers, and pinned status
- Refine loaded messages client-side without additional API calls; show only or hide a chosen system-message type
- Purge your own messages in servers and DMs, with attachments-only mode, archived thread handling, and an opt-in to also delete chosen system-message categories (pins, joins, boosts)
- A final pass over each channel's newest messages catches what Discord's search index had not indexed yet
- Reaction management with per-user targeting and admin bulk removal
- System messages (pins, joins, boosts, thread-created) rendered inline; forwarded messages render their full content; voice and stage channel chat browsable alongside text channels
- Click-to-jump on reply bars and thread starters, and a focused view for full-width reading
- Find threads even when their starter message has been deleted, via the Load Thread modal

Privacy
- Discord token stays in the browser
- All processing is local
- Your Discord data is never sent to any server of ours
- One optional exception. If you apply a supporter key, the extension checks in with api.pratherbytecraft.com about once a day to keep that key current. Only the key itself is sent, never an email address or any Discord data, and removing your key stops this entirely.

Supporter cosmetics
- Every feature is free and stays free. Supporters unlock extra cosmetics, which are more layouts, themes and Scrublings, the small pixel characters on the top bar.

- Interface in English or German, auto-detected on first run and switchable in Settings
- Appearance menu on the top bar for layouts, themes and Scrublings, with a look-only preview before you pick
- Layouts: Classic and Native (looks like Discord) are free, with more for supporters
- Themes from Discord-style dark and light to terminal, high contrast, and more
- Scrublings: small pixel characters that walk along the top bar and react to what Discrub is doing, with a switch to hide them
- Forum channel support showing both active and archived posts
- Guided tour and contextual help icons
- Pause, resume, and cancel for long operations
- Discrub Classic (v1) built in
