Removes Ads in the Facebook News Feed. Including 'Suggested Posts'

This is a small lightweight extension that simply removes the annoying advertisements in the Facebook news feed. This is the 1st version, if people find it useful and give feedback I will endeavour to improve this extension.

For the moment there is no interface or settings, it simply removes the ads in the news feed. Each time an ad is blocked the badge on the icon is updated with the count of blocked ads.

Also, If you look in the developer javascript console you will see "Ads Blocked: 1" and the number increases as each add is blocked. (Simply for reference).
