Major companies have been cutting support staff hard since COVID. Phone numbers are deliberately omitted from websites, emails are behind chatbot walls, and the typical person now spends 15-20 hours/year just finding how to reach someone — before any actual hold time.

Companies are hiding their information elsewhere because increased customer service contact increases the risk of chargebacks or churn.

What it does/ solution:
- Scans every page you visit (locally, no server calls) for contact info
- Ranks emails by likelihood of reaching a human (support@ / help@ / care@ rank above press@ / legal@ / careers@)
- Surfaces phone numbers, business hours, and direct contact pages
- One-click copy for anything found
