It extracts the link from a google search link like this one:
https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=3&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwi31fSY6-LTAhWKliwKHbbFC38QFgg7MAI&url=https%3A%2F%2Fen.wikipedia.org%2F&usg=AFQjCNF_O1sZXeX2Pm1UtlF_8X3X2L6WOw&sig2=XV28tdF18cDlYOFu-pvtPQ

It cancels the load for this google link and opens the extracted link instead.

Also works for yahoo search links:
