Stars now survive Firefox restarts/session restoration using the Firefox Sessions API.

Fixed premature unloading
Uses Firefox’s lastAccessed timestamp alongside extension activity tracking.
Resets stale tab-ID timestamps after restart, preventing old IDs from causing early unloads.
Background page loads no longer incorrectly reset the inactivity timer.

Settings now accepts a domain and the number of most-recent tabs to keep loaded.
