    At the moment it's not possible to download pics or videos, both individually or all together, if the instagram post has multiple stuff. It works perfectly when there's only a pic, or only a video or for stories

    This extension is perfect and extremely useful.
    Unfortunetely mozilla didn't pick up on auto updates, came back to this page to see the author already dropped one to fix the problem i was having (posts were displaying incorrectly). Amazing thank you!

    EDIT: seems there are problems when modifying the File Name Format option. For example having only {$ACCOUNTNAME} {$POSTYEAR}-{$POSTMONTH}-{$POSTDAY} results in the file being saved without extension (.jpg). Seems like {$FILENAME} has to be last in order to get the .extension saved correctly.

    About the file name format, and to add the file extension, use instead :
    "{$ACCOUNTNAME} {$POSTYEAR}-{$POSTMONTH}-{$POSTDAY}.{$FILEEXTENSION}"

    {$FILENAME} include "name.ext"
    {$FILEEXTENSION} include "ext" (without dot)

    I see a what I want to download and just click on the arrow or the 3 arrows if I want all, it just download to my downloads folder on my mac, thank you for the creator thats the way to go.

    Was wondering why i can't view the old version's page. Had to google your username to find this page, but thankfully you're still active. Simply the best instagram downloader on firefox. Others just don't work with video stories

    (17 July 2024 Update): Only started this week. It breaks loading Instagram "Reels" pages: "Something went wrong - There's an issue and the page could not be loaded".

    (Original 2023 Review): Wondering why the older version was replaced with this? But anyway, probably the BEST Firefox Insta downloader out there, thankyou very much for your continued work Hawkynawa! :)

    Hello and thank you very much, previous one was disabled because of trademarks. This is why i changed it a bit... Hope this is enough...

    The author is actively working on this. If something is broken, rather than leaving him bad reviews, send him an email, he will fix it.

    I'm writing this because it's a good addon and I want to keep it alive.
