This extension only sends the URL of the selected image to IPTC's GetPMD tool (https://getpmd.iptc.org/getiptcpmd.html) for the purposes of extracting IPTC Photo Metadata from the image file. The URL and the metadata are not retained and are not associated with the user in any way.
