Features:

Track times for issues directly in Jira
Autostart issues when opening them in your browser (configurable), or start the timer for an issue manually
Pause active issues
Book tracked times directly to Jira's time-tracking API
Set the booking date manually (e.g. to yesterday)
Dark mode (follows Jira's theme setting)

On the requested permissions:

"Access Storage": Used to store the timesheet and user settings
"Access Tabs": To notify all tabs when an event happened (e.g., the timesheet was cleared)
"*.atlassian.net" access: To add the timer widget on atlassian.net pages
