It does what it's supposed to do and it does it good!

Useful little plugin that helps keep you on task. It has the awesome feature of being able to set different amounts of time for different groups.

I'm from China and I am always tortured by the " virus catcher" such as 金山毒霸 which colonizes my start page when I turn on my Chrome and Google. I even entered the regedit and tried to fix those browsers, but it never wored. Every time I start a browser the "duba.com" would appear instead of a neat start page with my bookmarks and often-used sites. Then I found this, which could block literally everything like a Mr.Muscle cleans a jammed toilet. It feels UNSTOPPABLE, UNBLIEVEABLE and most of all, like you are having your time of your life. THE best blocker in the world, definitely! If I figure out how to donate this in China I would certainly give hundres ( could you guys open Ali pay or We Chat pay? Or even Google Pay? which I could use to help you guys create another masterpiece like this?)

LeechBlock is a great, simple, flexible app. I've started to become very concioius of what information (news, social media, video, etc) I'm consuming and so many "time wasting" websites become habits that are hard to break. LeechBlock really helps me recover my time an effective way.

This is saving my writing career. Easy to set to block the sites I know I want to visit, while leaving the sites (like Google Books) that I need for research. Easy to disable (sometimes) if I want to spend my precious life energy on wasteful activities. But when it works, and I try to visit my verboten site, it shows the blocked access screen and I breath easy and refocus on work. Highly recommended.

Massively improves productivity

Honestly, I created an account just to review this add-on. I know LeechBlock is very simple, yet it has greatly improved my work. I'm doing a PhD and should manage my time by my-self. Thus, I am free to procrastinate, which lead to very bad habits. I was introduced to LeechBlock by my girlfriend and it is doing an amazing job for me! I stopped thinking about procrastinating, am a more effective person in general and my work is beginning to lift off. Thanks!
