Fixed: the map now displays. Map tiles were failing to load entirely, leaving a
grid of "Access blocked" placeholders where the map should be. Firefox omits a
header that OpenStreetMap's tile servers require, so tiles are now fetched
through our own server instead of directly from your browser.

Fixed: "Search 25 / 50 / 100 miles" now genuinely widens the search. It was
re-running the same 10-mile search and relabeling the results.

Removed three site permissions the extension no longer uses.
