Excellent for keeping track of all 97 of my passwords. My biggest glitch has been remembering my Nord password.

It took me a very long time to use a Password Manager and I'm now very pleased that I stepped up and chose to use Nord Pass together with Nord VPN.
I wrote my first code in 1965, machine code code (as a developer) in 1972 and I've never stopped enjoying myself. However ... NordPass, on a couple of occasions, has brought me nearly to tears, which has been when I've pushed it to a limit to satisfy my own objectives. And yet together with your support team and just over a year or so I recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their online security whist making themselves more productive.
Only now am I starting to take a little time out to discover some of the more subtly hidden treasures (sic, e.g. folders). That brings me onto what I see as the biggest weekness, which could be due to my necessity to 'get on with it'.
In general I find that basic information for (let's say casual users, who really, really need it) seems to be confusing. A lot of (mostly non-professional users) struggle to understand the difference between Google, passwords, Firefox passwords and passwords held in NordPass.
Nord VPN, Nord Pass and specifically for this review Firefox Nord Pass extension are great tools that offer a reasonable degree of customisation.
I'd like to see it become more usable for users with a very low knowledge of computer technology. Perhaps the price could include three or four vey short webinars to demonstrate how it works, ideally with the abilty to offer a Q&A facility.
Sorry it's lengthy and a little off-piste and yet ...

It works well for my computer but I would love it as an option for android as well.

Updating this review now that some time has passed and they have had a massive UI update. I love this password manager and I suggest it to all of my friends, Yes the UI/app can be a little Jank at time but if anything breaks the support is actualy good to talk to (which is hard to find these days). I feel like im actually being heard for once. What I said in the old review (below) is basically fixed now

I love this app and I use it daily, the only thing that stopped me from giving a 5 star was the save password prompt and credential box covering up some needed buttons or coming up way too often, but asides from that its an amazing plugn

I have no idea what I am supposed to do on this Firefox Add-Ons page.
It is a most ill-written page of instruction.
The page that sent me here is now locked and I am unable to get to or find an end/exit button.
I am beginning to regret buying NordVPN.

I love the purpose of this app - however, it would be nice to be able to change/remove password options when they come up at the top right of the screen. You have to go into the website to make changes. For me, that distracts me from my current task as I start to edit/remove and even add passwords while there instead of continuing on with my original task. Other than that I would have to say that a 5 star rating is definitely deserved.
