Why is the Add to Firefox. Grayed out for me? Is it cuz I already have nordvpn app?

Can no longer connect to any of the servers, support is utterly useless, wasting my time and not providing any meaningful help.

Unarguably, the best VPN I have used so far. They are among the few who does keep the promise!

it was very helpful to have a brower plugin and i didn't knew it existed. Download was around 1M/s, suitable for my tasks. Not as fast as with the App, but ok. i'm using NordVPN on Desktop and Mobile since 3 years and never regret. Thanks to the team

The developers keep saying that they are working on a fix for the latest update. Stop saying that! Just revert the update! All of it! You can work on a fix on your development branches, but revert the released update immediately! You're not working on a fix "as fast as possible" if you aren't reverting the update that broke this add-on.

Truly astounding how terribly this failed update has been handled. Not just the delay in finding a fix, but the complete lack of communication, leaving users to figure out on their own why their tabs are suddenly broken.

For a company focused on privacy and security that's completely unacceptable and I will not renew my subscription when it runs out.

Like everyone else and probably many silent users, it's impossible to use the extension since the last update.
It's truly surprising that a company spamming YouTube partnerships and ads everywhere isn't more responsive in fixing such a serious issue.
Especially since we're paying a subscription to benefit from the VPN's features.
Really disappointed with the lack of professionalism, it's as if it's an internal sabotage by a disgruntled employee to harm the company's reputation.

Ho creato un profilo solo per fare questa recensione. Questa estensione è terribile: rallenta il caricamento delle pagine in una maniera non comprensibile. Se si usa l'applicazione desktop o l'estensione di Chrome non si presenta la stessa lentezza. Non è sempre stato questo il caso e altri hanno lo stesso problema.

Update broke things spectacularly and now force loads all tabs crippling performance. I won't question why it's accessing data on all my tabs because I don't care but other people probably do. Been about a week now for me.

Where my actual complaint comes in is their reaction (or complete lack thereof) with STILL no fix, no rollback, no notice to customers (had to find out about the problem here after disabling a bunch of addons), no functional previous version available in the firefox addon version history area for us to use - nada.

This is completely inexcusable behavior for a company in the security business.
