The extension applies Polita badges and compatible username cosmetics, including solid colours, multi-colour gradients, glow effects, animated username styles such as Shimmer and Colour Scan, uploaded cosmetics and other supported chat effects. Cosmetics are applied only to matching usernames and newly loaded chat messages.
Version 4.6.37 also introduces the new Polita panel with Home, Store, Profile, Cosmetics, Friends, Notifications, Pings, Drops, Theme and Settings. The Game Store includes New Releases, Free, Discounts, Upcoming, Badges and In-Game Items, using lightweight server-generated data feeds rather than repeatedly scanning stores from each user's browser.
A Polita account is not required to view badges or cosmetics used by other users. Signing in is only required when saving, managing or syncing a user's own Polita cosmetics and profile features.
Version 4.6.37 requires host access for Twitch, Kick, YouTube and Polita domains so it can detect supported chat usernames, retrieve approved Polita cosmetic and Store data, display the Polita interface and apply the selected styling inside supported chat pages.
Polita does not collect payment information, read private messages or request access outside the supported platform and Polita pages.
This update does not introduce unrelated permissions beyond those required for Twitch, Kick and YouTube integration, account linking, chat cosmetics and Polita feature delivery.
