PriceHover 제작자: meetsu
Hover any price on any page and see it in your own currency. Reads $ the way the site means it: Canadian on a .ca shop, not American. 44 currencies, optional crypto, no account, one host contacted by default.

정보
PriceHover converts prices as you browse. No clicks, no copy-pasting.

HOW IT WORKS
Point at a price and wait a beat. A small tooltip shows your own currency first, then whatever else you asked for. Click a row to copy the amount. Selecting text that contains a price does the same thing.
IT READS $ THE WAY THE SITE MEANS IT
$49 on a .ca shop is Canadian dollars, not American. 1 099 kr on a .no shop is Norwegian krone, not Swedish. ¥ on a .cn shop is yuan, not yen. PriceHover reads that from the page first: a code printed beside the price ($49.99 CAD), the table row the price sits in (the ¥ on SteamDB's Chinese Yuan row is yuan), then the site's domain and page language. A site that names its currency once is remembered for the whole site, on your device only. The tooltip tells you when the currency was read from the site rather than from the price. Vanity domains (.co, .io, .ai, .me) are ignored, and you can turn the whole behaviour off.
When you know better, lock it: amazon.com with $ = CAD reads every bare dollar there as Canadian.
IT KNOWS WHAT IS NOT A PRICE
"try 100 times", "requires PHP 8.2", "error code 500 KD", "see section R 5": all prose, all left alone. Matching is case-sensitive and position-aware, and every ambiguous token has a test behind it.
FEATURES
• Works on any website: e-commerce, news, travel, classifieds
• 44 currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CNY, INR, KRW, BRL, MXN, NGN, NOK, SEK, DKK, ISK, SAR, KWD, QAR and ZAR
• Symbols (¥, €, £, ₹ and more), ISO codes, regional variants (NT$, CDN$, Mex$, Fr.), Indian lakh grouping
• Price ranges: €10 – €20, €10-20 and 10-20 kr all convert as ranges
• Sub-cent prices stay prices: one yen is €0.0061, not €0.01, and never €0
• Crypto, if you want it: 24 assets including BTC, ETH, XMR, USDT, USDC and DOGE. Off by default
• Inline mode: show your currency next to every price, or in place of it, without hovering. The site's own text is never rewritten
• Pause it on one site, or everywhere, from the popup. Lock a site's currency from the settings
• Optional rounding: a converted price is an estimate, and ≈€1,235 says so
• Adjustable hover delay, so tooltips stop flashing past while you read
• The popup is a converter too: type "250 chf", "20 usd jpy", "0.5 btc", or just a number
• Available in English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese and Chinese
PRIVACY
By default PriceHover contacts exactly one host, open.er-api.com, and asks it one question: today's exchange rates. That request says nothing about you or about the page you are on.
Crypto is the only exception, and only if you turn it on: Firefox then asks you to grant access to api.coingecko.com, which is asked for crypto rates at most once an hour. Nothing about you or the page is sent there either. Turning crypto off gives the permission back and deletes the cached rates.
Prices are detected in the page, on your machine. Country flags are bundled inside the extension, so no image, font or script is ever fetched from a third party while you browse. There is no analytics, no telemetry, no account and no identifier. This is why the add-on declares that it collects no data.
Permissions: storage (your settings), access to open.er-api.com (exchange rates), and page access on the sites you visit, so prices can be found wherever they are. api.coingecko.com is optional and requested only when you turn crypto on.
