Review and apply eligible Pro-E promotions, check warehouse stock, generate Delivery Orders, and create related Sales Invoices without leaving Accurate Online.


Pro-E helps authorized users process the Accurate Online sales workflow—from a saved Sales Order through Delivery Order and Sales Invoice—using Pro-E promotion, stock-control, authorization, and write-safety rules.


Pro-E for Accurate adds a compact floating panel to supported Accurate Online Sales Order and Delivery Order pages.

From an open Sales Order, users can refresh the saved transaction, calculate eligible promotions, review expected benefits, select one or more promotions, save the updated Sales Order, and generate its related Delivery Order.

When Stock Watch is enabled, Pro-E checks each item against current stock in the specific warehouse assigned to that Sales Order line. If stock is insufficient, the panel displays the affected item, warehouse, requested quantity, and available quantity. The user can reduce the delivery quantity, after which Pro-E checks the latest stock again before creating the Delivery Order.

From an open Delivery Order, authorized users can create the related Sales Invoice using the selected transaction date. Pro-E maintains the Sales Order → Delivery Order → Sales Invoice relationship and prevents duplicate or conflicting source-document workflows.

• Supports standard and integration-generated document numbers without requiring an SO prefix.
• Excludes draft references, inactive tabs, grid rows, item codes, customer codes, and unrelated fields from document detection.
• Identifies Simplidots draft Sales Orders and explains that they must be confirmed before processing.
• Connects the browser to Pro-E through an explicit authorization flow.
• Refreshes saved Sales Orders from Accurate before evaluation.
• Reviews eligible discount and free-goods promotions.
• Shows expected promotion benefits and any action blockers.
• Supports selecting and applying multiple eligible promotions at once.
• Provides separate “Apply and Save” and “Apply and Generate Delivery Order” actions.
• Can generate a Delivery Order when no promotion is applicable.
• Allows users to select the Delivery Order transaction date.
• Optionally checks current item stock in each Sales Order line’s assigned warehouse.
• Displays detailed shortage information, including item, warehouse, requested quantity, and available quantity.
• Allows affected delivery quantities to be reduced when stock is insufficient.
• Rechecks warehouse stock before submitting an adjusted Delivery Order.
• Displays the generated Delivery Order number and provides a quick Accurate refresh action.
• Creates a related Sales Invoice from the currently open Delivery Order.

A Pro-E account, an Accurate Online account, and access to a configured Pro-E tenant and Accurate database are required.

Available actions depend on the user’s Pro-E permissions, Accurate permissions, subscription entitlements, selected database, branch access, and administrator settings. Stock Watch is optional and must be enabled by a Pro-E administrator.

Pro-E processes the saved Accurate transaction. Unsaved changes currently visible on an Accurate page are not included in promotion evaluation, stock checking, or document generation.


The extension operates only on supported Accurate Online pages and communicates with Pro-E to process the document currently opened by the user. It does not collect browsing history, sell user information, or use business data for advertising.

No additional browser permissions were introduced for the Stock Watch or localization features.
