Original code by Ben Burlingham for Google Chrome, some minor adjustments to make the code run with Firefox. All credits to Ben Burlingham.

After installation restart of Firefox might be needed cause of redraw remainders left of the welcome dialogue. This is not a fault in the original code, it occurs in the firefox adaption.
