Tool was designed to view comments in big and hot discussions as soon as they appears on page. When active (press up-down arrows button in location string), plugin automatically scrolls page to position where changes occurs. In combination with screen recording software it allows to make live records of discussions.
Was originally designed as a subsidiary tool for my Users Reputation Tracker project, it is useful to create demo movies to illustrate RepuTracker’s functions. However, it may be useful for some other purposes.

NOTE: on some web-sites frequent invisible changes may appear somewhere on page, leading scroll to “glue” to some position. Just do not turn on ScrollToChange on such pages.
