UI Changes

• Settings screen is now accessed by the gear icon
• Settings - Show file type icons, Auto-intercept downloads, Folder routing rules, Custom URI handoff, Backup/Restore -- Under settings we merged the checkbox and gear icon into a single click chevron + text status
• Error messages have a toast popup instead of text within the header center space
• Removed the border around Downloading, Paused, and Completed
• Move the quick add input and upload torrent button outside the main container
• Hovering over the file type icon has a simple expand appearance instead of this odd jumping animation

Settings Issue

Fixed an issue where Auto-Intercept file-type selections could become inconsistent after updating from an older version of the extension, or after importing a previously exported settings file. In affected cases, a file-type category (such as Pictures) could remain active in the background even though it appeared unchecked in Settings.

Auto-Intercept now always matches what you see: if a category isn't checked in Settings, it will not be intercepted, regardless of how you arrived at your current settings (fresh install, update, or imported backup).

No action needed — this applies automatically. If you've customized Auto-Intercept before, it's worth a quick look at Settings → Auto-Intercept after updating just to confirm your selections still look the way you expect.

✨ New Features & Improvements

• Smart Paste for NAS Configuration: Setting up or updating your NAS connection is now foolproof. When you paste a full URL into the NAS Address field, the extension instantly cleans it up—automatically toggling the HTTPS checkbox, stripping out unnecessary paths, and moving the port number to its proper field.
• Silent Auto-Login for Torrents: If your session expires while you are on the Upload Torrents tab, the extension will now attempt to silently re-authenticate in the background instead of freezing the browser with a jarring pop-up alert.
• Strict Port Validation: The Port configuration field is now strictly locked to numeric input, instantly rejecting invalid characters and preventing accidental keystrokes from breaking your connection string.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Advanced Filename Parsing: Fixed an issue where the download hijacker would fail to properly read filenames containing spaces or special characters sent by modern servers (RFC 5987 compliance).
• Accurate Long-Term ETAs: Fixed a formatting bug where downloads taking longer than 24 hours would display incorrectly (e.g., "48h 0m"). They now correctly roll over into days (e.g., "2d 0h").

🎨 UI & UX Polish

• Modernized Interface Text: The entire extension has been audited and updated to use modern "sentence case" standards. Menus, modals, and buttons are now cleaner, easier to read, and less visually cluttered.
• Clearer Empty States: The messaging when you have an empty queue or are looking to add a new task has been tightened up to explicitly guide you on exactly what to do next.
• Refined Drop Zones: Upload screens across the extension feature cleaner, more concise drag-and-drop instructions to reduce visual noise.
