This release is a large stability and performance pass on the player.

Fixed:
• The waveform and the audio could drift out of sync — worst after resizing
the player, or with repeat enabled. Clicking and dragging the waveform to
seek is now accurate.

• Resizing the player stuttered, most noticeably in Firefox. It is now smooth,
and the waveform follows the player height as you drag.

• With repeat enabled, playback degraded a little more with every loop.

• Depending on how a server labels the file, the audio could be downloaded
twice, once to draw the waveform and once to play it. It is now fetched
once, which halves the data used and removes a case where the waveform and
the audio disagreed about the track length.

• The waveform could end before the audio did, leaving the progress marker
parked at the end while the track kept playing.

• Clicking the link of the track that is already loaded now toggles play and
pause, instead of downloading the file again.

• The drag handle and the volume bar were squeezed narrower than intended,
and the waveform sat on fractional pixel boundaries.

• The waveform flashed once when a track finished loading.

• Fixed a memory leak: audio processing nodes accumulated with every track
played, and the volume boost audio path is now only created when boost is
actually enabled.
